Tune your body!


With great pleasure and excitement, we are inviting you to the second Dance Camp “Tune Your Body”. Our dance camp is designed to help you tune your body into a better instrument to express music through your dance and to be fit to maintain the quality of your dance. We will have maximum 14 people in the class. That will give instructors possibility to address personal questions and give personal advices.
"Tune your body" vol.2. The camp will consist of circuit training for improvement in strength and muscle endurance. We’ll do exercises for the whole body with primary focus on core muscles. Partner and individual exercises for mastering balance, coordination and agility. There will be exercises, which increase cardio and aerobic capacity. Stretching in the end of each session. This fitness programm is the result of cooperation of Victor Golubkov and Elena Muratova.
What will be the result of the "Tune your body" dance programm? We'll give you an advantage of a greater range of tools with which to produce the desired images of dance choreography.
"Tune your body" vol.2 will be your first achievement in the year of 2017
When:  January 2, 4, 5, 6 at 8.00 – 9.30.
Where: 612 David street. Centennial United Church (dance studio on the second floor)
Cost: $90 per person.  We have only 14 spots available.

Dance Instructor

7 place in WDC 10-dance Amateur World Championship in 2006. Prize-winner of Open Italian St Championship, finalist of the Open Italian Lat Championship, Malaysia Open ST Champion in 2005-2006. He has been teaching since 2000. 

Elena Muratova

is a Personal Trainer and Olympian. Her achievements in the elite sport include participation in Olympic Games in 2014 as a freestyle skier, the silver medal at Freestyle World Cup in Japan 2014, podiums at Freestyle Europa Cups 2005-2012. She has a Bachelor degree in Physical Education and Sport and Personal Trainer certificate from CanFitPro. Possessing extensive knowledge in sport and fitness fields, Elena knows how to create the most effective training program for achieving desired results.
